Our Mission
Young Safety Academy was founded on a simple belief: every worker deserves to go home safe. Too many job-site injuries happen not because workers don't care, but because they weren't given the right training.
We set out to change that. By combining OSHA-authorized curriculum with instructors who have spent years in the field, we deliver training that sticks — practical, relevant, and built for the realities of construction work.

Marcus founded Young Safety Academy after two decades working in construction safety management. He holds OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 authorizations and has trained thousands of workers across the country.

Denise specializes in emergency response and CPR/AED instruction. With a background in occupational health nursing and construction site safety, she brings a unique perspective to every class.
